to just check my FBS. I just keep an eye on it in case it were to start
creeping up. As far as post-meal, I generally only check when I'm eating a
type of food I might not normally eat to see how it affects my numbers. I
pretty much know how the 'routine' foods I eat affect my BS so don't tent to
test then. The exception is if I get shaky and suspect low BS, then I
check.*
