looking? I get tired if my numbers are too high. If all is going well, you
might ask your doctor about a B-12 injection (also now available in a
patch). Living in Alaska, I deal with SAD during both the long winters
where depression is common and the long summers when you can't sleep due to
kids playing ball in the street or your neighbor mowing their lawn at
midnight. The B-12 injections sure do help me. I usually get them 4 times
per year.</description>
