Byetta blues

It’s hard trying to find that balance. What to eat, how much, what
pills I can stop taking, what I still need to. Nausea’s not too bad,
but still, I was hoping I would be one of the lucky ones, who never
got it.

I’ve heard about those who do and don’t lose weight. I’m thinking,
that just as with every other health tool (medication, surgery, etc.),
if you don’t use it wisely and combine it with a healthy lifestyle and
exercise, you can’t expect the weight fairy to come and poof off the
pounds overnight.

So how is today? I’m having to challenge my thinking about eating,
doing a lot more asking (am I REALLY hungry or just bored), and
shoving the stuff I don’t really want/need away. Eating when I am
already full tends to just make me sick.
