I didn’t, but I would call "tech" support, and tell them. They will
ask you a bunch of questions, like "do you remove the needle after
each use?" The proper answer is "yes". If you aren’t removing the
needle each time, they told me that leaks can happen. Likely they
will send you a voucher for a new pen, and a return mailer for the old
pen, and have you return the faulty pen to them. Fairly painless.

Don’t store the pen with the needle attached
Make sure the pen was reset after last use
If you’re having severe leakage, call the toll-free hotline and they’ll most
likely supply you with a free replacement.

Never leaks with the 5 but with the 10 almost always.
