		<description>Congratulations on all of the weighloss you all are sharing about &#38; the
lowered Glucose #'s! :) Someone once shared when you lose 5 lbs, 10lbs. or
whatever the number be, pickup up something in your house that weighs that
amount and start carrying it around with you and you truly will realize how huge
a deal each lb. we lose is! :) I know when I would lose a lb. or 5lb. I used to
shrug it off and think...OMG...but I have sooooo far to go, funny thing this
time when starting Byetta, things clicked for me and I have no time to waste
thinking about lbs. left on or taken off. I do share occasionally my weight loss
since Byetta, I think pretty much because I need to make it a reality in my
brain, to me it's merely a number and it's never felt like this before in the
past, I seem to be more concerned with trying to get in the carbs, the exercise,
the meds etc. etc. and the weight seems to be taking itself off as I keep up
with the rest. Such a burden lifted not to be obsessing about EVERyTHING....like
I find myself doing at times. lol :)

&lt;!--more--&gt;
hmmmmmmmmmm...lol also nice to see I'm not the only one up late posting I see
I have company. ;o)
