{Disarmed} Re: [Diabetes_And_Byetta] quick protein suggestions wante

I do hard boiled eggs. You can also have some peanut butter.
I hate breakfast…LOL

Hello,

I’m looking for some new suggestions for quick proteins, meaning those I
can grab quick and take with me or fix easy for breakfast. I’m a lazy
diabetic in that I don’t like to have to do a lot of fuss or
preparation for my foods. I’m always doing 20 million things at one time
between my business, home, work and my son, so I am looking for ready to
go or quick prep. Here are some of the ones I do now but I am looking
for new options:

1) Vienna sausages
2) Pre-cooked bacon

Have you ever tried Flat Out Bread?
    It’s great and high fiber

Hi, Baz. My husband and I love the Mission Whole wheat, low carb wraps. They
are full of fiber, large enough to stuff full of veggies and turkey, ham or
just about anything, and taste delicious. I can’t remember off the top of my
head, but I think they have about 10 net carbs per wrap. No trans fat, whole
wheat, very healthy. We have one most everyday for lunch, and sometimes in
    the evening for burritos. Yummy.
