what I have noticed:
if I do the shot in the upper arm (underside) it does not hurt as much
and no bruising. And I think less nausea too.
But I have to eat BEFORE 10 minutes or I am too sick to eat at all, and
for me the nausea lasts all day. And I have to eat a LARGE meal. Just a
few crackers do not cut it. So I have to plan it out very carefully. I
take the shot about 11AM with an early lunch—I am trying to lose
weight and I do not want to eat a huge meal too late. But this leaves
the second shot with not as big a meal and I do get nauseated. Do the
shots HAVE to be 6 hours apart? And do they only work for the meal you
eat right after the shot? For me it seems that the first shot works all
day on everything I eat….and sometimes I still feel too full by the
time I need to take the second shot too!

Ravyn,
I kinda like the idea of taking it at around 11:00, rather than early in the
morning like I do. I get too hungry between breakfast and dinner, but I’m still
slowly losing weight. I might try it your way though. Thanks for the tip.
Also the arm. I’ll try that.
Thanks,
Kathi
