		<description>Did he give you a place to start? If he told you to do something and then wants
to see you in a month to see if that is working it might be fine. In the mean
time don't get scared just go to the libarary and read.

It's to stabalize my blood sugar.....
I'm very confused with this new Dr. so I really need to find out more.
I got very very sick and gained a lot of weight, then found out that I also
have a thyroid problem so just started on meds for that. The lyme disease has
made a complete mess of my body....I was always skinny.....very skinny.....and
constantly on the go, but since the lyme struck, I am in a lot of pain and it's
hard for me to get around now.....one thing has led to another thing and now my
body is falling apart. I don't see the Dr. for a month, but I'll let ya all know
what happens then....

		<description>i should think if you are on byetta and metformin, you are
diabetic...........baz

&#60;&#60; Also, since I'm just borderline, I don't have to test anything
yet.....&#62;&#62;

I would absolutely refuse to trust my health to a doctor that would
prescribe Byetta - or any other diabetic drug - even if you are not diabetic
- that does not require you to test your blood glucose at least twice a day
(fasting morning) and at bedtime. That is the absolute minimum.
