		<description>Dreamfields can claim that because it is made with non digestible corn
starch instead of flour which cause rapid spikes in blood sugar. It does
have similar total carbs to other pasta's---they are just not digested so
therefore don't have to be counted. That is why they can label it that way.

my son, whos is a phd and a research scientist at wyeth pharmacuticals tells
me that there is no such thing as &#34;digestible carbs&#34; like dreamfields pasta
claims. it is just a marketing ploy. it has the same total carbs as any
other pasta.........i do not know if this is accurate, but i am just telling
you what he said to me.......................baz
