		<description>Ah....I see what you nutritionist is doing. She is filling you up on
veggies....Excellent! Do you actually eat 30 carbs every 2 hours? Could
you give us an example of what a day on your plan looks like?

I think everyone's body is different. My nutritionist(certified etc) put me
on 30 carbs every two hours. I am losing the weight. So I think now that
everyone is just different. She did give me a list of the &#34;good carbs&#34;.
Naturally they are the veggies like spinach, tomato, leeks, broccoli etc.
But calorie counting I _personally_ cannot do. So I choose based on number
of carbs and if they exceed 30 then I cannot have it. Again as it is said
many times on this list we are different and our diabetes is different.

Byetta, I can eat more fruit that I used to and I love that. I never eat
more than half a small apple or orange, but strawberries are my favorite.

Someone commented about not eating &#34;white stuff&#34; , and I am lucky to be able
to eat Dreamfields, or a small red potato now and then. I used to spend my
money on low carb bread until I realized how much I hated what I was
buying. Now I go to Walmart, check out the day old bread and often buy
their unsliced wheat or rye bread. When I get it home, I put it in the
freezer, and when I want some, I bring it out and slice it ultra thin (about
a fourth inch or less if I can manage it). It tastes good and no spikes!

People who are new just need to learn to eat to their meter, and learn some
new tricks as they go along!
