*Jim: The only side effects I have ever had from Byetta were headaches and
uncontrollable chills. The headaches gradually went away toward the end of
my first month of Byetta (5) and did not come back when I switched to the 10
my second month. I did get about 50% relief from the headache by taking
two advil about 20 minutes before my injection.*

*Unfortunately, my chills have never gone away. For four hours after my
injection I am so cold that I have to put on a sweater. At night I put on
an extra blanket and listen to my husband complain because I turn the

overhead fan off. I am hoping this cold thing starts to work to my

<description>Anyone getting headaches from Byetta? I am just starting to use it at
5mcg dose. I have been on it about a week now. I am taking it about
one hour before I eat and have no other symptoms other than a mild
headache. It seems to be working to control my BG levels well.
Hopefully, the 10mcg will do even better. However, I hope the
headaches will not increase in intensity. Hopefully, the headaches
will go away.
