<description>penny, what did it say about dining out in fast food places?.baz

At the fair, they did have a cooking demonstration of chicken(they used
extra virgin olive oil in the pan for the top of the stove before putting it
in the oven) the giveaways were the dining out at fast food places, some
recipes and carb counting. I hate being reminded about portion control.
That is why I like lizzie so much.

I love reading about this lizard, did you know after it lays its eggs, it
just abandons them? Only eats four times a year? I love reading the
history.

<description>*You can't let the temperature of Byetta get above 77 degrees without risk
of it losing its potency. Leaving it in your car in the summer, even for a
short period, would definitely be an issue. I now keep a small cooler by my
door and take it with me whenever I am going to take my Byetta with me. I
just toss one of the bottles of frozen water I keep in my freezer in the
cooler and then the Byetta and a few needles in a plastic container. That
should be fine for a few hours around town and I'm sure the water would
tastes good if it thaws. Even before Byetta, I always grabbed a bottle of
water out of the freezer when I was running errands. It gets mighty hot in
Houston.
