Please send me your spiral, it will make it easier as it seems my
medications are always changing. This summer I get my first bone density
scan, (age 50+) and with my luck I will need Boniva or that other one. I
didn’t spend much money on the sporty wrist band and I didn’t want the chain
because I had to wear a caregiver bracelet when mom had Alzheimer’s Disease.
I was her primary caregiver for 11 years. If anything happened to me I
wanted the police to check up on her and get a hold of someone who I trusted
to care for mom while I would be recovering. Now it is all over, mom has
been called home and so I wanted something different. I am still in my
first year of mourning her.

Penny,
I am very sorry to hear about your mother. I know that you miss her
greatly, but as you say, her suffering is over. Now to just to deal with
YOURS. I know that sometimes stress can lead to depression in diabetics so
please take care of yourself and allow yourself time to heal.
I have to work today, but i will try to get my book scanned in this evening
for you.
You are in my prayers.
Demetria-Beth
