There is a sit and be fit video out there maybe that would help. I know my son
has a hip problem and we do stretching...
I would journal everything I eat. It really helps. Watch portion sizes also
very important. Be sure to get your veggies, dairy and fruit in if at all
possible. I wish you luck.

Silverhalo,

Yes, I am having the same weight loss pattern as you. I started in
Mid-December. Dropped 30 pounds in 3 months, but have flat-lined for the last
month or so....up a few pounds, down a few pounds. I have another 30 pounds to
lose to get to my minimum target weight.

I think it is normal weight loss patterns. That is, weight loss does not go in
a straight down line. It is jagged, like a staircase or a pyramid....down a
little, flat a little, down a little, flat a little, etc. Sometimes the flat
times can be weeks or months as the body adjusts to the changes.

I just try to stay within my calorie program, do regular exercise, and I know I
will start seeing more weight loss eventually.

<!--more-->
It can be frustrating, but don't give up. Remind yourself how far you have come
and pat yourself whereever you might like to be patted ( but no food rewards).

I started in June of last year and did not start losing weight until I started
WW in Jan. I am down 30 lbs also. I have always exercised but the eating was a
problem even with Byetta. I would suggest that you walk at least 20 min a day
and keep a journal to see if your overeating or maybe eating to many carbs. I
have 20 left to go, last week I lost 2.6 and so far this week I am down another
1 lbs.... Remember slow is good, more apt to keep it off.
