I might as well eat the stuff that costs .49 at the local bag your own
store*G* It like so many other products is different for everyone. I
cooked it according to the directions and all, but BAM! the rise was
enormous. But then I cant subtract fiber from the total carbs either.
Maybe it depends on how shot your beta cells are. Who knows*G*

That seems odd, Jo. I live in Alaska and can find it just about
everywhere. Do you have any major supermarkets in your area? The
big dogs - Kroger, Safeway, and Albertson’s - all carry it so they
should have it your neck of the woods, too. I can find all
versions except lasagna and ordered 10 boxes of it from Netrition
but most came crushed from shipping. Still usable but you have to
put it together like a jigsaw puzzle.

I agree, Michael, it seems very odd. We have a local large and well stocked
grocery but they decline to carry it. No, no real big dogs, we have a
Wal-Mart but they don’t carry it either and seem to be downsizing their low
carb dept anyway from what I see. I come from a fairly small town so what
there is is what there is!
Everyone needs a challenge, so mine will be to see if I can find it or talk
our local mega mart into carrying it. Rotini is what I am after now, but I
do have a good stock of macaroni which will make good summer salads! I also
have my daughter in law out looking in her town, so I may get a source
there!
I would have been very disappointed with the broken lasagna! Did you tell
Netrition about it?

No, I’m used to things being damaged in shipping by the time they
arrive and since the noodles were still usable, I figured I
wouldn’t complain. I just wish they had put more packing material
in the shipping box so they wouldn’t have been tossed around so
much…

I went to their website and they said Amazon.com carries it so anyone can
order it online that way as I have not seen it in my supermarkets or
groceries.

I buy it at either Krogers or Food Lion. I have seen it at Food City and
Bi-Lo as well.
