I am eating a lot less and not by design! This LS makes me feel full
most of the time. I have really cut down and don't miss anything either.
I do still sneak some cookies now and then and ice cream. If you cut all
the good stuff out you won't make it. Probably the best advice I can
pass on is to eat slowly and you'll feel the fullness. Stop then. I have
never left food on my plate before! If I ever have nausea (rare) it's
due to me eating too much, too fast, or the wrong kinds of food.

Oh, insulin (Lantus) is down from 28u to 12u, and rarely use Humalog any
more. 10 years and things are looking a lot better from the start (8.8%).</description>
