<description>dale it may not be as widespread as that. in my case it's the only thing that
makes sense given all other things have been ruled out. i would by no means say
not to take byetta anymore. it's a wonderful drug when it is working as the
manufacturer creates it to work.

maybe with the summer shortage things got crazy with shipments. who knows? when
i spoke to amylin last spring they had me send a pen back to them. it wasn't
overnighted nor was it kept cool (they said no need to). so how did they test
it? they said it was fine but how could they test the temp? and if they did,
would they be able to rule out it was during shipment from me or to my pharmacy.
too many variables.

I have been reading everyone's posts about the quality control of this
&lt;!--more--&gt;
spit. You all have me wondering if this could be a lot of users
problems. If this is the cause of everyone's problems it is kind of
sad. For once there is a huge step forward in treating diabetes and it
is spoiled by the handling of the drug. I am not sure what the answer
is to this problem. If we were to send it back to amylin will they be
able to tell how long it has been exposed to room or hot temperatures
or only when the pen is frozen?

I have an appointment with a new endo on Friday. My primary is at
wits end and feels she can not control my bg the way an endo would. I
know I need the type of medication that glucophage is. I can not
tolerate it at all. When I was taking the glucophage with the byetta
this time around I was getting good numbers in the morning.
