proud of myself

for the last several months, i have been stuck at 190
lbs give or take a couple of lbs. seemed like no
matter what i did i couldn’t budge . Now i don’t know
if this is pure coincidence, or if it has anything to
do with it, but about a week ago, i added a multiple B
vitamin and thiamine to my daily meds (glucophage
500mg twice a day, Lyrica 300mg, byetta 10mg twice a
day, levamir 20 units daily, multivitamin twice a
day). today i stepped on the scale because i thought
my shape looked a little different. i was d own to 178
lbs. WOOHOO!!!!!!!!. haven’t even seen the 170’s in
over 3 years. that puts me at a total weight loss of
122 lbs from my top weight of 300lbs. 52 since
december.( i had lost 130 lbs, but regained 50 2 years
ago) by my calculations that puts me within 20 lbs or

so of my goal weight. i can’t believe it. i had also
lost 3 1/3 inches off my waist and 3 inches off my
hips.
