Welcome to the Emotional Freedom Techniques listserv! Emotional Freedom
Techniques are helping thousands around the globe. I hope, through this
list, to help you get a clearer understanding of what it is and the many

myself, in my office and on the phone…. and sometimes, wherever I happen
to be! I have found it to be of tremendous benefit. In addition to the
case histories presented by Gary Craig on his website, which you can read at
the following URL,

I will be posting EFT case histories of my clients or groups (with their
prior permission, of course…. and with "aliases" instead of actual names).
