Bee pollen

Has anyone tried this?
Here is a blurb from a site.

It came up when I looked for constipation. No, not me, my husband due to
vicodone for his pain from his kidney stone blasting (lithotripsy)

Be careful with that stuff. When I was in nursing school, a couple of
students swore by the stuff and sold some to our instructor. Before reading
how to take it, she ate a teaspoon full. She was absent for a couple of days
and when she returned, her face was still quite puffy. I don’t know whether
she got the desired effect or not.

If you are allergic to bee stings dont use any bee products. Royal
Jelly, pollen or propolis(sp) could cause a reaction. If you do decide
to try any of them be careful and make sure you have a remedy around.
Sensitive folks have died from using products made by bees so user beware.
