		<description>Skip the soda, get the water. And if it helps, I used to get winded going to
the mailbox (20 steps) and now I can do 5 miles if I have time. I used to
have trouble getting down the 3 steps of our house and did it slow and kind
of sideways. I bound down them now and sorta touch/tap off them to hit the
ground at a run.

BTW, WalMart has a sports water &#34;flavor packet&#34; for water bottles now that I
dig. Nice flavors and basically nothing in them.
