I use the GU Energy Gel packs (the nanner is right rather nummy in a nanner
pudd’n super-sugary kind of way) and Clif Shots (Go Mango is pert near
decent, too) for lows - pick them up at the local bike shop (pedal
bikes).keep them strategically placed around my life.
