		<description>Re: spring in our steps

My husband and I went to get some wood about a month ago. We have a wood
stove, not our sole source of heat, but we like to fire it up on really
cold mornings and when we get the rare snow storm. I noticed I was able
to carry the wood to the trailer, and even spent an hour using my
electric chain saw, and didn't break a sweat. Before the spit, I would
have been huffing and puffing, but I felt exhilarated, like a runner's high.

<description>I have noticed a bit more &#34;spring&#34; in my step since starting the Byetta two
weeks ago. I walk during my breaks at work with a group of coworkers; one
of them is a little speed demon, or so I thought, I was always huffing and
puffing when I walked with her. Lately I'm the one who has been been
setting the pace. Of course I have been walking more in general so it may
well just be that I'm finally getting in better shape, but the timing is
interesting.
