E-zine Low carb Magazine
I don’t know if you all already know about this but, there is an
e-zine (magazine on line) that is all about low carb eating. It’s
free to sign up and I find it very interesting and informative.
There are lots of recipes along with articles about low-carb eating
and products especially made for people trying to live low carb.

Netrition.com has McCanns Irish Oatmeal (steel cut) at a reasonable price.

I happened to see this stuff at a local grocery of mine, which happens to be a
Spartan Store. Maybe if you have one near you, you could check it out.

McCann’s Irish Oatmeal is really great stuff. I put a little light margarine
and a tsp of brown sugar Splenda in mine, but I bet that cinnamon would be
really good too. Pat in Idaho
