I work for GE and we have a sliding scale depending on the med. Others I
might only pay $5.00 or 10 for 90 days. $36/90 is just my Byetta.
That’s a great little plan you have from Verizon………

I know. They have been very good to employees over the years.
I know how lucky we are now, with all the insurance issues. We keep it
in retirement too.

lol. adopt away.
you know honestly, if I had my parents or his parents living with us
and we supported them they could be placed on our insurance too. I am
sure we would have to pay something, But, I find it amazing they would
let us.
I know we are fortunate to have these benefits now. When you are young
you really don’t think that it is a big deal. I wish congress would
get it together to help other people less fortunate. No matter how you
slice it if you are a diabetic you need medicine. I just had lantus
left in my fridge from my last refill from medco. I gave about 8
vials of it to my doctor today. I am not on it anymore and I know
someone does not have insurance. He gladly took it. They were all
sealed. If I need it at some other point I will only pay 12.00.

Thank heavens for being a state employee. My medical benefits can go up, but
not down, without having a consitutional convention to change benefit offerings.
