I get it sometimes before I even eat. It's not awful by any means but, upset enough that I don't want to eat either. LOL Well that could be a good thing huh..... I take my shot just as I sit down to eat and I do not get nausea. I may get a little sometimes but nothing really bad. Also, I am only on the 5 pen, I do not know how I am going to feel on the 10 pen. The times No, I don’t think for me it’s from eating too much food. I get it
