Janie Janie, yes, he started me on the 10 and I had major nausea for a while... it was a learning experience... one major change for me was protein at breakfast- I used to have a banana and some dry cereal... but now I have to have a little protein or I'll be sick... some yogurt, peanut butter, cheese, something.... recently I chaperoned a youth retreat and since I didn't know what would be for breakfast, I was sure to pack a jar of peanut butter and some crackers.... yes, he started me on the 10 and I had major nausea for a while… it was a
learning experience… one major change for me was protein at breakfast- I
used to have a banana and some dry cereal… but now I have to have a little
protein or I’ll be sick… some yogurt, peanut butter, cheese, something….
recently I chaperoned a youth retreat and since I didn’t know what would be for
breakfast, I was sure to pack a jar of peanut butter and some crackers….

Dolores, we are talking about which pen you use. There are two pens,

That reminds me, the cap to the 10 mcg pen is blue. Will someone tell
