Hi Melissa,
Recently, I started using the 31 gadge (spelling?) short pen needles and I
am finding less problems with bruising or hardly no bruising at all. Before
that (with the 29 gadge long needles) I was full of bruises…really a drag.
The short needles are ok because you just have to go just under the skin.
